This practice is currently bucking the trend having just been appointed to deliver ,from Stage 4, a high-profile London based 700+ residential scheme. Having recently been awarded the scheme by the client they now need to appoint two new project team members who have worked on schemes from Stage 4 onward and able to start either in October or November.
The practice itself has been established for many years and has a fantastic reputation within the developer led residential sector. They have been a keen user of BIM for quite a few years now and the office is totally Revit based. Their London studio currently employs circa 20 staff consisting of qualified Architects, Part II Assistants and Architectural Technologists who are extremely friendly and sociable so it is a great place to work! The Director and Associate Director are great people to work for and ensure the working environment is fun and collaborative.
Your role will be to slot into a project team and play an integral part in delivering this high profile residential scheme producing drawings to a high standard using Revit. The team will be headed up by the Associate Director but you will be given huge amounts of autonomy and responsibility throughout the process. To be considered you MUST be Revit literate and have worked on projects from Stage 4 onwards and preferably have seen a project through to the end.
The client will consider candidates with experience within the large-scale residential/mixed use sector and from the following educational background:-
- Experienced Part II Assistants (or overseas equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years solid PQE
- Qualified Architects with a particular passion and experience for delivering projects from Stage 4
- Architectural Technologists with a min of 2 years professional experience
As the office is 100% Revit based you must possess live project experience using Revit to be considered for one of these roles.
