We are pureplay specialists in the architecture and design sector and have a great opportunity for 3x dedicated recruiters to plug into our existing markets.  Joining us would be nothing like working for a corporate or even like a typical built environment agency.  We will not beat you around the head with KPIs and you will not be managed by disconnected managers.  Instead the leadership here is entrepreneurial - the Directors with nearly 40 years’ experience, have extremely powerful profiles within the industry, so this is an exciting opportunity to learn from some of the best.

Since our inception we have grown consistently and have recently moved into a new bigger office at the WeWork building in Old Street.  We are highly profitable and due to continued and ambitious growth plans we are now looking for some new people to join us ASAP.  We are seeking 3x Recruitment Consultants.  One to work in our architecture permanent division, one in architecture/interior design contract and the other in our creative/business support division.  Ideally (but not essentially) you will be recruiting in one of these markets presently for at least a year or two OR you will have a relevant industry qualification such as an architecture degree.  Failing this we would like these people to have recruitment experience from a similar creative industry.
