Career driven but frustrated with the lack of opportunities in your current practice? This established 30 or so strong multi-disciplinary practice is looking to recruit a qualified Architect who is ready to take a step up into an Associate role with a view to a full Directorship within the next 5 years.

Due to continued workload and a strategic decision within the management team there is a real need to recruit a career focused qualified Architect to join their 12 strong team of Architects, Part II Assistants and Technologists. Their core project sectors are residential, mixed use, education and community where they work from initial concept through to delivery on site.

Working closely with the architectural Director this individual will play an integral role in the management, mentoring and development of the team while overseeing multiple projects so the ability (and willingness!) to juggle numerous roles is an absolute must! You will be taking the lead on projects while managing client relationships so the ability to work directly with clients will be key. They are a sociable and close-knit team so the ability to work well with others while under pressure is key. They have recently introduced Revit into the practice so if you have previous exposure or an interest in BIM then this would be extremely beneficial.
