White Space have been approached by a creative studio in west London to help them recruit an Architect to join their growing team. With a project portfolio based around high-end bespoke residential projects and upmarket and high-street restaurant chains, they offer a unique mix of UK based projects. The office is based within a converted wallpaper factory, close to a variety of transport links, offering an extremely modern and contemporary building environment. This studio have won a variety of awards and notable mentions for the design approach they take towards their projects, with an edge that is distinctly them.

As a practice they work across a variety of bespoke residential and restaurant schemes. As an Architect you will primarily be working alongside the hospitality arm of their business, and as such experience within this sector is highly desirable. They are a Vectorworks only studio and would require any Architect who joins the studio to have a strong track record of using this on live projects. You will be working across all RIBA stages, seeing projects through to completions, although you may be picking up projects from various stage points. Longer term, they are looking for this Architect to fulfil a role that will open up in the business, offering long term career progression.
