Job description

Fancy a move into the real estate sector? If so then please read on............!!!

White Space is working on behalf of a European Real Estate organisation that is currently seeking a newly qualified Architect to join their dedicated in-house architectural team based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair. Their expertise comes into play where they work on maximising the potential on sites or properties in prime central London locations (and within other major European cities) for themselves and their valued client base. They possess a specific expertise in the development, refurbishment, restoration and redevelopment of sites and properties so they are perfectly positioned within the real estate sector. Their specialism is working on residential, commercial offices and arts based buildings where they will happily work on the refurbishment of individual apartments right through to grand private residences and major mixed use developments.

The team is looking to add an enthusiastic and talented newly qualified Architect who possesses solid Vectorworks skills and some knowledge of Rhino and V Ray. The ability to use Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc would also be beneficial.

Due to two projects commencing on site early next year they urgently need to recruit someone to work on both these schemes and take them through to handover. The first project is a new build Mews house based in Mayfair and the second is an existing office redevelopment of a Grade II Listed property also in Mayfair totaling around £2m in build costs. You will be involved in the construction phase of both these projects by providing additional information to the contractors and the production of the construction drawings. There will also be a number of other projects in the offing which include a Grade II Listed pub in Marylebone that needs extensive remodelling, including a roof extension, and refurbishment for rental purposes.

This is a really great opportunity for a newly qualified Architect who is keen to take their first steps into the Real Estate world!
