This small privately owned and financed property developer is looking for a commercially astute and talented qualified Architect to join their 5 strong office based in Camden. Their workload is predominantly within the residential/mixed use sector focusing in the London and south east region where they actively acquire sites for development. Their involvement on these developments begin from the initial appraisal/feasibility stage right through to completion in site.

Due to a continued increase in workload they are actively seeking a qualified Architect to join their small boutique team of property professionals. This role will require the chosen individual to work extremely closely with the MD taking the lead on all things architecturally related from client brief through to completion on site.

If you are RIBA/ARB registered, have a minimum of 3 years PQE, Microstation literate, have gained exposure on all the RIBA stages and you're commercially aware then please apply now! This is such a great opportunity to join a private developer that will definitely keep you motivated and busy!
