White Space is working exclusively with an award winning boutique Architectural practice in London to recruit for an Architect or Project Architect on a full time permanent position.

The studio have had a great 2019 with many projects on its books, ranging from 110 unit housing schemes to small 9 unit schemes, the studio mainly focus on design – planning and few projects to construction. The practice is a Vectorworks studio and is currently 3 strong. The role is for a right hand man to the director. The role Is perfect for an Architect or project Architect who is looking to run with projects and manage a small team whilst overseeing the projects. This role requires someone who is proactive and who can adapt and fit it well with the team ethos and personality.

The right person must have drive and a should be able to self-manage and be self sufficient and be able to communicate and liaise with the team and clients. You must have experience within the UK housing sector with strong design and planning skills and good knowledge of the UK building regulations. This is a great position for someone who is looking to step up and move to a role where is there is chance to progress and develop into a more senior role. You must have UK housing experience and fully proficient and confident using Vectorworks.
