Do you enjoy working on private residential and small scale commercial developments? Do you have a driving license and live in north London or the northern Home Counties? Do you enjoy putting together drawing packages for planning applications? Have you gained over 3 years professional experience as an Architectural Technologist/Technician? White Space is proud to be working with this small family-run company based in north London that specialises in all things private domestic. They work on extensions, loft conversions, small residential new-build developments and some small scale commercial projects so the opportunity to gain great professional experience will definitely be on offer. The Director is a qualified Architectural Technologist so you will be learning from the best and receiving superb hands on project experience. Due to an increase in workload they now need to recruit an Architectural Technologist/Technician who is totally AutoCAD literate.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on multiple projects where you will be responsible for all stages of the project - client brief, site survey, production of planning application drawings, tender packs, construction detailing then overseeing the contractor on site. You will of course be supervised by the Director during the whole process so the support will be there during the learning process.
