Job Description

Due to an ever-increasing workload an opportunity for a BIM/Revit literate Architectural Technologist has arisen within a busy sociable practice in SE1!

They have been established for many years now and continue to win numerous commissions within their specialist sector which is high volume residential/mixed use developments for a mix of private developers, both large & small. They are lucky enough to work alongside the majority of the major residential developers and are renowned experts in the design and delivery of medium to large-scale major apartment block developments located in the south east region.

They are now lucky enough to find themselves in the fortunate position of having to add another totally Revit literate Architectural Technologist to join their 20 or so strong team of Architects, Part II Assistants and Architectural Technologists.

You will be joining the team to support the Project Architect on a number of high-volume residential developments in the production of high-quality construction drawings. To be considered you must possess a solid understanding of the technical/detailing/construction side. In return you will gain superb project exposure, work alongside talented people in a collaborative team environment and progress your career as an Architectural Technologist. If you have a keen interest in BIM management/coordination there may also be an opportunity to go down this route as they may be looking for this individual to play an integral part in the roll out of their BIM processes.

Please apply ASAP as they need to have this person on board by April/May!
