This major international developer is looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist/CAD Coordinator for their in-house Projects Team consisting of 20 or so Architects, Structural Engineers, M&E Engineers and Construction Managers. The team is currently working on two high profile Lines neon based mixed use developments consisting of over 2 million square feet! Value wise they are over £1 billion in value and will keep you very busy! Both developments are due to be completed by 2028 so this role will offer a lot of security.
This newly created role requires the following experience & skills:-
- Solid AutoCAD literacy
- Ideally a Degree in Architectural Technology (or similar subject)
- Large-scale residential project experience
- Stable employment history
- Good understanding of construction
