Due to continued growth and the ability to keep winning major awards & commissions this 3 office strong practice is seeking to make a strategic senior appointment within their central London office. Established nearly 30 years ago this practice continues to go from strength to strength and is now 60 or so strong across their offices in Sussex, London and Bristol where their workload is predominantly within the education and residential sectors. They now have an urgent need to recruit a qualified Architect with a proven track record within these sectors who is keen to further their career at an Associate/Associate Director level within a dynamic practice.

This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and communication skills, whilst playing an active role in the business development side of the office alongside the current senior team where you will also play an influential lead role in the overseeing, managing and the delivery of multiple projects. The appointed individual will need to be a talented/accomplished designer who can think strategically and has major ambitions to reach Director level within the foreseeable future. As previously mentioned you will also be responsible for generating new business and representing the company at the various networking events so you must be hugely comfortable working in this capacity.

To be considered for this role you must be ARB registered, have already worked at an Associate level or above, possesses a track record of leadership and business development and be a talented allrounder. You will also be appointed to the internal management and design review team so this is a key appointment not only within the London studio but also the business as a whole.
