BIM Coordinator to join a large design studio in London with Hybrid working.

This practice have designed their own office building and share the beautiful space with another creative agency. There is such a good buzz around the office and community spaces.

The BIM Manager is now looking to add 2 experienced BIM Coordinators to the team in London. The role will be to assist in the delivery of a BIM project, ensuring that both as a practice they are providing the outputs required by the BEP and also interacting with consultants’ data to ensure coordination and investigating clash detection.

This role will also involve practice development, assist with knowledge transfer to new and existing staff and developing and managing practice recourses which support their projects.

You must have experience;

• Completing the BIM coordinator role on at least one live project

• Maintaining the projects BEP

• First contact for any BIM queries on the project.

• Performing Coordination and clash detection exercises on the project.

• Hosting BIM Coordination meetings for a live project
