White Space is delighted to be instructed on this brand new BIM Coordinator role for one of the UK's most respected practices. As a multi award winning practice they specialise in architecture, interior design and masterplanning projects globally, having built a strong reputation across numerous sectors – including office, education, residential, healthcare, science and retail.
They are now looking to continue to improve and strengthen their BIM capabilities and resources. Therefore they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator.

The Role:
- BIM Coordinator
- Working on a range of projects from conceptual stage through to completion
- Coordinating with design teams internally and externally
- Managing and mentoring architectural teams in BIM workflows
- Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines model changes / perform clash detection
The Person:
- BIM Coordinator
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Able to implement BIM standards and development procedures
- Experience in project level BIM Coordination
- Advanced level of REVIT is essential
- Experience with Navisworks and Solibri would be beneficial
