White Space is delighted to be partnering with a famous multi-disciplinary consultancy which seeks a CAD Technician to work on various UK projects. The initial contract is for 8-months, though there is very good scope for this to lead to a long-term role.

The consultancy is made up of Architects, BIM professionals, project managers and more, with a global presence and a long history of working on some of the UK’s (and beyond) most prominent schemes. They boast an in-house design team of over 50 people and work in Revit and AutoCAD – having one of the most advanced set-ups in the world, if not the most advanced. They work form early design stage right through to construction on all manner of project typologies. An increase in workload has led to the need to add a CAD Technician to the team.

The successful CAD Technician will be based out of their client's office on the border of Oxfordshire and Berkshire, working on several UK schemes to amend and produce AutoCAD drawings, at differing stages of work - it will be a hands-on and varied role. The initial contract will run through to January 2019, though if both parties are happy then a long-term role is a possibility.

To be considered for this position you must possess a relevant degree in architecture, engineering or construction, have relevant CAD Technician experience, possess advanced AutoCAD skills and be available to start at short notice, as this is an urgent role.
