White Space is working with an award-winning architectural practice, who excel in their specialist sectors including housing, private residential, offices and mixed-use developments, who is looking for a Communications Assistant to join their team. This person will be working closely with the Senior Commercial Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop communications strategy
- Day to day management of website content
- Social media – day to day management of social media profiles
- Main point of contact for PR company
- Attend monthly PR meetings
- Manage online press coverage
- Ensuring marketing campaigns are successfully delivered
- Prepare and submit award entries
- Design and production of in-house communication materials (print & digital)

Skills required
- The successful candidate will come from a design practice
- Excellent IT skills – Microsoft, Photoshop and InDesign
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good time management
