This site-based role primarily consists of aiding the Design Manager to coordinate the consultant team in the development of detailed design, ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations. Initially a contract role to begin with, but one that will lead to a permanent position offering significant career growth and progression.
The desirable candidate is an accomplished Design Coordinator with a keen eye for detail that is analytical in their approach. Experience of PassivHaus timber frame construction and a good understanding of BIM are both advantageous.
To be considered it is essential that you have:
- A proven track record of programming and design coordination
- Up to date construction industry knowledge
- New build experience
- A valid driving licence
