Hertfordshire based practice is working exclusively with White space to assist them find an experience part II assistant to join its team on a full time permanent basis. 

Based in a beautiful location in Hertfordshire, this boutique studio is in need of an experienced part II assistant with strong UK experience as they have secured a number of projects and is growing its team. The studio work on a mix of sectors including housing, commercial and retail. Its a real family friendly team with great benefits including 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays on top along with the period of Christmas and new year are also gifted by the directors. With great social life offered, they office is also closed a day a year in the summer where directors take the whole team out for a nice lunch. 

The role is for a confident and experienced part II architectural assistant with UK experience ideally working on a mix of projects i.e Housing/ Commercial, this will be a hands on role as requires someone who is confident communicating and dealing with clients, planners and contractors and must be able to undertake design input from a brief. The studio uses AutoCAD and Revit so proficiency in one or both software would be essential.
