Job description

White Space are working in conjunction with one of Europes best known Design Studios to help them find an experienced Part II Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to work on an extremely large refurbishment project in Lille. The project is extremely vast scheme surrouding a hospital building reporposed into high-end apartments and surrounding area turned into new build homes. Fluency in french is therefore essential to this role, however experience and knowledge of french regulations and french residential projects would be beneficial but not essential. 

This role offers an extremely unique opportunity for someone to get really stuck into the early stages of a huge project and see it through to completion and expand their exposure to international projects. This role would not suit a Part II assistant looking for a company to progress to Part III as the majority of projects are outside of the UK. This role will include a large amount of development deisgn and can offer a degree of Autonomy within the early stages.

Within this role you will be exposed to projects of various size of all RIBA stages, and you will be part of a small team within a huge company offering unrivalled career growth potential.
