A real “once in a lifetime” opportunity has arisen for a French speaking & writing delivery focussed Architect or Senior Technologist with Revit skills to join this small but high profile architectural practice based in the stunning city of Monte Carlo! You will be joining a small team that has been assembled to work solely on the long term implementation and delivery of a fantastic “Starchitect” designed high profile development. This really is the ultimate project to work on! The team is currently 4 strong and will continue to grow throughout the project life-cycle.

The project is a completely new district and will consist of high end residential, an extension to the existing marina, hospitality, retail & commercial elements and is due for completion circa 2025 so this is an ideal opportunity to work on a major scheme which is now at the early site stages right through to completion. Your main role will be to work within their 4 strong tight knit implementation team which will obviously increase over time assisting with the production of the working drawing/construction packages underneath the Senior Architect who is an extremely experienced individual.

As you can imagine the project is being design in BIM and therefore you will need to be extremely confident in the use of Revit and possess a track record in working on large-scale complex projects. The ability to fluently speak, read and write in French is a pre-requisite for this role.

The client is looking to have someone in place by the end of August.
