White Space is proud to be working in partnership with a high-profile owner/developer of boutique hospitality properties around the Globe that is currently in the middle of a major expansion plan. They are a totally unique business as they are part developer, part operator and even part design studio so they have everything under one roof! They were established over 10 years ago and now have a plethora of amazing brands under their banner. They are now looking to add a qualified Architect to their team of super-talented designers to act as their own in-house design/architectural custodian!

The In-House Architect will be straddling the Architecture, Design & Development departments so you will need to possess a nice blend of creativity and technical know-how as you will be continually tested by those around you! The role will involve working closely with the acquisition and investment teams on appraising new opportunities so you will never get bored! This individual will also involve collaborating with the local Architect and/or Executive Architect on various projects so you will be key to success of all international developments within the Studio.

You will be reporting directly to the Group Director of Capital Projects and working with a number of key stakeholders within the organisation. This role requires a huge amount of dedication, passion, travel and will give someone the opportunity to make this role as big as they want it to be!!
