This British architecture stalwart is looking for a driven and experienced IT Support Analyst with a good understanding of the Design and Build industry to join a talented team in its trendy central London studio. This practice is very well established and has been producing some of the UK’s most noteworthy schemes, across a multitude of sectors, for many decades.

Currently, this practice is very busy and growing rapidly - with multiple office locations spread across England and a talented contingent of over 320 people delivering unmatched cross-sector expertise, there’s not been a better time to join a studio of this calibre.

This position will see you provide desktop support to the office and remote workers, as well as getting involved in companywide projects including application deployments, migrations, CAD support and hardware/software recommendations amongst others.

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience using Spiceworks ticketing system
• Good technical knowledge
• At least 2 years’ IT experience in an office setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Levelheaded and personable with proactive approach to workloads
