White Space has been appointed by one of the UK's leading modular housing developers to find them a highly talented and design focused Architect for their London based HQ!

Working directly with the co-founder you will be instrumental in the design process for all future developments.

The role:-

* Passionate and talented Design Architect with min 5 years experience specifically within housing design to play an integral part in creating new house and apartment types to add to their growing design offering.

Skills & experience required:-

* A passion and interest in layout, proportion and façade/system design
* A thorough understanding of buildability, space standards and statutory regulations
* Experience gained on both single family and multi-family schemes
* Excellent Revit skills
* Preferably ARB/RIBA registered
* Awesome presentation skills using Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
* Proven design coordination skills
* Effective internal and external facing communication skills
* Confident client facing skills
* A track record in preparing planning submissions
* Exposure to working with the wider consultant design team
