An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of London’s leading architecture practices. This top architectural, interior and planning practice is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team and to help contribute to the companies’ ongoing success.

The ideal candidate will be very focused driven with the ability to work closely alongside the Head of Marketing to implement and deliver extremely client-focused initiatives. You will have the ability to work in busy environments where no two days are the same.  You will ideally thrive under pressure and be a supportive team player.

Key responsibilities:

· Maintain marketing plans & calendars

· Maintain marketing contact lists/crm support

· Coordinate and support the delivery of internal and external events

· Assist in the production of a wide range of marketing collateral

· Coordinate and support both internal and external marketing communications

· Maintain practice website/manage digital content and social media activity

· Coordinate and support the delivery of internal and external events

· Coordinate and produce marketing reports

· Prepare and assist with award entries

· General administrative support

Previous marketing experience is a must, ideally within the architecture or interior design industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships is essential.  The ideal candidate will be either degree educated or have a recognised marketing diploma. You must be a team player and be able to work in a culturally diverse team.
