Job description

We have an urgent need for a well-known studio in West London who are super busy with new projects coming through! They are looking to hire both a Part II and Newly Qualified Architect with strong Microstation skills or Revit. Either or will do!  The personal development you will receive here is phenomenal.

To be considered for the part II role you must be more design focused, although we still want to see strong all-rounders so it is important that you have recent design/planning experience on medium - large UK based projects within the residential sector. In return you will get to work across all RIBA stages on projects, in particular you will be seeing this Highrise residential scheme through to completion.

The practice is using both MicroStation & Revit, so either software is desired. Training will be given on the one you are least proficient using. Alongside the design skills, we are looking for a personable character who is going to fit in with the team as they are one big family here who enjoy attending work socials together and work closely & efficiently on projects.

With regards to the Architect vacancy, you will be working on the redevelopment of a town centre. You must have a strong passion for sustainable architecture, and the built environment. We are looking for a well laid out portfolio showing your presentation skills! Ideally for this role you will have worked on residential and mixed-use schemes in the UK. As a newly qualified Architect, this is a PERFECT role for you as you will be working on a BIM project across all riba stages which will give you all the skills needed to progress eventually into a Project Architect position. You will be working closely with the Project Lead and Designers who will be mentoring you as the project progresses.

If you are wating to join a medium sized design studio based in London, APPLY now.
