Job description
This 20 strong practice based in Surrey is urgently seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant. Three month contract role to start with. ASAP start.
The Company:
- Well established medium sized practice in Surrey
- Specialising in multi-unit developer-led housing projects in the UK
- Led by two very approachable and supportive Directors
- Very busy practice with strong client base
- Very low staff turnover; several members of staff have grown with the practice and been there for years
The Project/Role:
- Medium sized housing scheme at the pre-app stages
- UK based
- Developer-led
- You will mainly be working on sketch appraisals, detailed planning work, preparations of house types & site layouts
- This role will be a 3 month contract to start with; but with good potential to lead into a longer term role for the right person
The Person:
- Part II Architectural Assistant
- Ideally you will be immediately available
- Must possess fluent AutoCAD
- UK housing experience is strongly preferred
- You will ideally live in and around Surrey; and be able to get to the office by car
