White Space is urgently seeking a Part II Assistant (will consider a Part I with experience) to join this privately funded developer's in-house design team. The team is around 10 people strong and consists of talented and commercially astute Architects, Assistants and designers. They are big users of all things VR related and even have a VR suite in their Studio!

Exciting times are ahead for this firm as they are deeply involved with 3 major UK based inner city developments that are at various stages and they are also investing in schemes overseas.

They are urgently seeking an Architectural Assistant with a keen eye for design as well as commercial acumen to join a tight knit team to play an active role on a £60m inner city redevelopment consisting of residential units, a boutique hotel, commercial office space and retail. This scheme has gained outline planning approval and they are now totally focused on taking this right through to delivery stages. This individual will slot seamlessly into a tight knit team and will take responsibility for a portion of this development. You will be working closely with the lead Designer who is highly dedicated, experienced and extremely professional! The opportunity to use this project as your Part 3 case study is definitely on offer!
