Established reputable practice with 2 offices in the UK urgently needs a Part II Assistant with proven Revit skills to join their expanding 15 strong sociable London studio. They are experiencing a major increase in workload and continue to win new work predominantly within the developer led residential sector so they urgently need an extra pair of hands!

They are currently seeking an ambitious and personable Revit literate Part II Assistant who possesses UK based residential developer led project experience to join their studio and take ownership of a 23 unit residential scheme in east London which has just gained planning. You will take on a huge amount responsibility with close supervision from a senior member of the team so there's always assistance from an experienced person available at all times. The role will require this individual to deal with all developments with this project right through to completion on site so if you're missing that "golden nugget" of post-planning project experience then this is the role for you!

This is absolutely ideal for Part 3 exposure so please apply ASAP as they need someone to start in early January - earlier if you're ready to go!
