Job description

Due to more projects coming through the door from a mix of new and existing clients, this established UK practice urgently needs to recruit a Revit literate Part II Assistant to join their growing sociable central London office. Their workload is primarily within the residential/mixed use sector and the office is 100% BIM based.

Your main role will be to lead a medium size residential development where you will be working closely with the design practice that took the scheme through planning and take a key role in the delivery of this high profile scheme. The role will also include dealing directly with the contractor (and design team) to ensure the project runs smoothly throughout all the key stages. You will be required to be heavily involved in the job running aspects of the project and also getting out on site and attending project meetings with the other main project consultants. This is perfect for your Part 3 case study!!!!
