This successful and well established consultancy group are searching for an experienced and driven Project Administrator to join their specialist team. This esteemed company work across a diverse range of business sectors, providing expert building services consultation and engineering solutions for a number of high profile clients in the UK and across Europe.
This role will be an initial 12 month contract but offers scope for permanent continuation. The project is a joint undertaking with a west London client that will see you working across two locations, in Mayfair and Shenfield. There will also be the opportunity to work from home once settled in the role.
This position will see the successful candidate be responsible for a number of key functions during project cycle including:
- Coordinating and arranging site access
- Project administration
- Liaising with the accounts team to arrange billing
- Updating master spreadsheets with project progress
- Compiling reports and presentations
- Updating Planon with project progress
- Gaining work and purchasing orders
- Document control
The ideal candidate will be an individual that displays excellent IT and organisational skills that also boasts project administration experience working within a multidisciplinary project team.
