We have just taken on a great Project Architect role that would tick a lot of boxes for most people. Working for this sought after medium sized practice, this is a brilliant opportunity to work on a range of exciting and innovative projects.

- design focused medium sized practice based in Central London
- known for simple, elegant design with an emphasis on sustainable architecture
- 50+ people strong
- good mix of of leisure, hospitality, retail and high end residential projects (refurb, fitout and new build)
The role:
- project architect; ideally somebody with around two years job running experience
- reporting to an Associate, you will be responsible for 2 to 3 projects simultaneously ranging in value from £1 - £5million
- leading on all RIBA work stages taking schemes from initial concept through to Construction/On-Site
- supervision, guidance and coaching of Part I & Part II team members on your projects
- managing client/contractors and all external parties involved in your projects
The person:
- ARB registered project architect
- previous job running (at least 1 -2 years) experience ideally of similar sized projects
- they are flexible on CAD systems that you use, the key thing is your architectural experience
- you will be an all-rounder with strong previous experience of the technical/delivery stages and site
