This unbelievably successful design focused studio is currently searching for a passionate Project Architect to join their 12 strong team consisting of talented Architects, Interior Architects, Interior Designers and Architectural Assistants. They are currently working within the architecture and interiors sectors where they are involved in a number of significant residential and retail projects throughout the UK generally between £1-7m in value.

Due to consistently winning new projects and a constant steady stream of repeat business they urgently need to recruit an individual who possesses a passion for accomplishment and is keen to lead small project teams on a mix of high quality UK based residential and boutique retail projects. Their expertise and passion generally involves working on projects up to planning then they oversee the external delivery teams as they then become the design guardian! Therefore, to be considered this individual must be a talented designer foremost but equally adept at the project management side as well.

They are searching for someone who is highly intellectual, extremely productive in their output but also curious in their outlook as you will be pushed all the way by the Directors, the client, the team and the external design team. You must possess excellent communication skills, superb organisational/project management ability and be Part 3 educated with substantial post qualification experience. Sound construction experience, technical detailing skills and the ability to deliver high quality drawing packages using Vectorworks is an absolute must. The use of Adobe Suite and 3D modeling skills would also be advantageous.
