ArchiCad Project Lead Role (ArchiCad experience not essential).. A medium sized design studio north of the river in London, is looking to add a Senior Architect to the team (Project lead level). They are specialists across housing, health & care and social infrastructure. The team are wanting to bring someone in who hold the same values as them, someone wanting to give back to their community and an interest in working across social housing and council projects. They have been listed 4 year's running for Housing Architect of the year award and other various competitions!
As Project lead, you must come with previous experience managing mid to large scale UK projects through RIBA stages 1-5. Communication is key, you must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and management skills as you will be coming in to take over an existing team. There is various projects on the go, you will be required to hit the ground running from day one, as they are extremely busy and needing this person in today!
To be considered for the role for you must be ARB registered with a minimum of 3-5 year's PQE. Ideally you will be coming from a similar practice, working with local councils, social housing or other residential typologies. A strong all-rounder is desired, however if you are more inclined to work on specific stages of projects please do express your interest in the role and we can discuss further.
ArchiCad is the main software used in the practice, full training will be given!
