White Space is working with a desired Architectural studio in London to help them find an experienced Project Architect or Senior Architect with large scale housing experience in the UK to join its team on a full time permanent position.

The studio in question has a strong presence in the UK Architectural market as well being a sought after practice to work for, due the projects and being generally a great company to work for. The presence is in the UK housing sector, they pride themselves in strong design which allows its projects to stand out. The practice is a medium sized practice with over a 100 staff, they offer a great work life balance as well as a family feel team with a good social atmosphere. The practice is both Revit and AutoCAD focussed and is looking to be 100% Revit focussed in the near future. 

The role will suit a project leading to a senior level Architect who has a generous amount of years experience within the UK housing sector, it MUST large scale housing not one off properties or anything less than 150 units. As well as having experience in the housing sector you must have experience working on projects from start to completion including having strong working knowledge of the planning and building regulations. It is key that this person is a strong designer as this will play an important part to the company. Proficiency on AutoCAD is a must at the minimum but Revit would be a huge advantage.
