This hugely successful nationally recognised property consultancy is going from strength to strength and therefore urgently need to recruit a talented Space Designer to join their retail consultancy team based in new offices in the Farringdon area. They boast an exceptional Blue Chip client list within the banking and finance, commercial, public & community and retail & leisure sectors so if you’re keen to join a team working on high profile projects day in day out then this is the role for you!

The main purpose of this role is to work directly with clients and/or in conjunction with the internal Project Coordinators in delivering drawing packages and production information for both individual and multiple projects. You will be heavily involved with producing high quality block plans, detail layouts etc. in accordance with the clients’ needs. The role will also involve regular client/site visits, surveys and liaison with client designated contacts to deliver projects within the agreed scope and always to the highest standard.

To be considered for this terrific career opportunity you must be able to show the ability to deliver at each and every stage of the design and construction process and possess a thorough knowledge of these processes so a proven track record via a construction related discipline in design and/or construction will be necessary. Previous experience of dealing with and managing clients’ needs will have to be clearly demonstrated by this individual.
