White Space is working alongside an international architectural practice that is currently seeking a Senior/Project Architect (2nd in command role) for their 40 or so strong London studio due to a major scheme having been given the green light recently! This practice has several studios around the globe and due to a major client here in the UK confirming a handful of multi-million pound schemes they now need to recruit an exemplar Project Architect who will work closely with an Associate in charge on a major high-end UK based residential scheme.

As a practice they work within a variety of sectors including volume residential, commercial office schemes, retail and mixed use but here in the UK they are at the forefront of high end large-scale residential developments. One of their major clients has given the go ahead on some high profile 250+ unit schemes which need to be taken from RIBA Stage 1 through to completion with more developments on the horizon!

They now have the need to urgently recruit a highly experienced and talented qualified Project Architect who possesses proven all round skills from design development right through to delivery. The client is searching for an individual who really has the whole package!

They require this individual to take on a hugely important role within the development of this project! Your main responsibility will be to lead a project team while also undertaking a client facing role so you will definitely be tested!

A high level of Revit literacy is essential as the office is totally BIM based.

Previous experience and knowledge of large-scale residential/mixed use developments is an absolute must!
