Due to a strong pipeline in workload this established architectural practice in the heart of Sussex is actively seeking a senior level qualified Architect to join their beautiful studio consisting of Technologists, Assistants & qualified Architects. Over the years they have built exceptional relationships with a diverse client base ranging from major UK-wide residential developers to more smaller bespoke local private developers. They have built and maintain a proven track record in the design and delivery of the highest quality of residential developments ranging from one or two individual houses through to major masterplanning schemes. Boredom is not an option here!
This practice is now in a position where they need to recruit a qualified Architect who has a proven track record within the UK residential sector to undertake a key practice-wide role. The ability to work throughout all the various RIBA stages is key and you must also be confident in a client facing role.
Key attributes for this role include:-
- ARB/RIBA registered
- Extensive UK residential sector experience
- Excellent client facing skills
- Previous management & mentoring exposure
- Passion for design & delivery
- Strategic level experience
- Ability to take the lead on projects
- Fabulous design & technical knowledge
- Hold a UK driving license
- Personality & drive!
