White space have been commissioned by a super high end residential developer who are on the lookout for a Senior Architect/ Project Manager to join its team on a full time permanent basis.

This studio was founded over 20 years ago and have built a reputation of designing and developing unique high quality residential properties. Each of its properties are individually designed down to the intricate details and finishes, combining architectural design and construction with the use of sustainable materials. The companies properties have won awards on its luxury homes and have featured in the likes of Sunday times and evening standards. The company focuses on quality and not volume and work on up too 3 projects a year, they are currently working on properties in the UK and overseas.

This is a strategic senior hire and the person they are looking to bring on has to be a well rounded Architect and project manager, this is a hands on role and requires an experienced person with lots of UK high end residential experience. This role requires someone with resilience and with the understanding that the market is forever changing which means that there may be regular amendments and changes to the projects. This role will require someone who can oversea the projects and manage the process to make sure they are all at the same or similar stages. You must have experience in budgeting and being cost effective as well as mentoring the rest of the team and managing the design process. AutoCAD proficiency is a must.
