White Space is working with this super innovative modular housing specialist which has a strong sustainability and social agenda.They are currently on the lookout for a project architect or job runner. If you are looking to move away from a traditional architecture role and into a forward thinking environment driven by technology and design then this could be perfect for you.

Their growing team is supported by one of the most advanced technological hubs in the world and the business was founded by two ex-Architects schooled in one of the UK’s leading architectural studios. The company is a melting pot of design talent and futuristic construction methods.They offer a vast range of home types which are all eco-friendly with 0 carbon emissions. They manufacture all of their modular housing themselves in a state of the art manufacturing facility in Derby which is directly linked to their BIM model. Also, they offer a complete end to end service from concept to delivery and are fully Revit.

The project they are hiring for includes 250 units which is made up of new builds and an existing listed building converted into apartments, as well as community areas.They require an experienced architect or job runner with a background in leading a small team and experience taking a project through from concept through to completion.This project is currently at stage 5 so requires a person with strong technical ability. Although, we also require somebody with strong design skills as you will be working on different stages of projects in the future. All drawings are executed in Revit so it is important that you have strong Revit proficiency. This really is a unique opportunity and would suit somebody who is looking to move away from the architecture mainstream into something a little bit different.
