A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced delivery focused qualified Architect to join a truly global practice that has worked on major landmark buildings around the world. Since the Brexit decision their workload has actually increased to a level they have never seen before! 

They urgently need to recruit an experienced qualified Architect who has a proven delivery focused track record to manage and take the lead on a complex London based £30m HQ building from Stage 5 through to handover. This role will require the individual to oversee a small project team whilst undertaking the following main duties:-

• Reviewing Subcontractor drawings
• Production of monthly reports
• Mentoring junior team members
• Review and revise construction drawings
• Answering RFI’s
• Dealing with issues on site
• Regular site meetings with the client and design team

You will be working closely with the Partner in charge of the project and managing the day to day relationship with the Main Contractor.
