A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Architect with an established practice that has a great reputation for staff retention. Since it's launch in the early 90's the practice has continued to win regular awards for projects across all their key sectors. Their expertise falls within the sports, education and residential sectors where they are definitely a market leader and admired for their work.

Due to strategic growth plans and an increase in workload their residential team is currently searching for an experienced qualified Architect who possesses exemplary design skills to play a key role within this team. They have a number of live projects on the board and are also awaiting imminent appointment on a major residentially led regeneration/masterplanning scheme consisting of approximately 2500 homes.

The role requires the individual to work closely with the Associate Director who manages the team and assist in developing this scheme further whilst mentoring more junior members of the team. You will be playing a key role on a number of schemes but specifically you will be a senior person on the new regeneration/masterplanning scheme.
