Job Description

Looking for a better work/life balance? Frustrated with the travel into central London. Passionate about playing an integral role in a start up? If this is the case, then please take a look at this opportunity!

White Space is currently working on behalf of an international consultancy that has recently set up a design based studio in central Reading with a view to building a 12-15 formidable team of talented Urban Designers, Architects, Planners & Landscape Architects. They have a hugely talented, personable and well-connected Managing Director in place who has grand plans afoot and needs to surround himself with like-minded individuals at all levels. They are now urgently seeking an ultra-talented and ambitious senior level Landscape Architect to join their already growing Studio.

They urgently need to recruit an experienced Chartered Landscape Architect who possesses a number of years professional experience gained on both UK based and international projects - the larger the better to be honest with you!! This practice has started to land some unbelievable large-scale projects where they are leading the landscape and urban design function so require an individual who can handle and is excited about working on huge complex developments.

This office will serve as the European HQ for this major global force in the architecture & urban design sphere and will focus on projects throughout the UK, Europe and some of the Middle East region. The Studio will be predominantly working on projects at the early stages as the main office in the Middle East will act as the technical support.

In return you will receive an excellent salary & benefits package, superb variety of workload, an opportunity to join a successful start-up at the very early stages, regular travel and exposure to some truly amazing schemes!
