White Space are exclusively working with an award winning studio based in Middlesex to look for a Senior Project Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.

The studio is 20 strong and have secured a number of High end residential projects in an around London. With many individual awards won on its work, the company is well established in both Interior design and Architecture and even design and produce their own interior décor. The clients work load consists of both private and developer projects and a full design and build service is provided. Due to securing a High end Residential project in the UK, this studio is looking to appoint a Senior project Architect to run a particular private residential project.

A requirement for a RIBA/ARB qualified Architect with sound knowledge of planning and building regulations with job running and contract administration is required to assist the director of Architecture. All round project experience is required with a particular focus and background experience on the High end residential sector. The role will require someone who can take on initial briefs and drafting proposals at initial stage of planning and draft drawings and lodge planning applications along with dealing directly with planners and planning issues. AutoCAD is essential, any Revit would be an advantage but not necessary.

On offer is a generous basic salary of up too £55,000 depending on ability and experience, 4 weeks holiday plus all public holidays, company pension scheme along with staff discount scheme.
