White Space is truly excited to be working alongside an international architectural practice that is expanding their London studio due to a bulging workload of UK based projects! This practice has several studios around the globe and due to a major client here in the UK confirming a handful of multi-million pound schemes they now need to recruit an exemplar senior level Project Architect to join their growing 30 or so strong London team.

As a practice they work within a variety of sectors including volume residential, commercial office schemes, retail and mixed use but here in the UK they are at the forefront of high end large-scale residential developments. One of their major clients has given the go ahead on several high profile 250+ unit schemes which need to be taken from RIBA Stage 1 through to completion with more developments on the horizon! Their client is looking to take the UK market by storm!

They now have the need to urgently recruit a highly experienced and talented qualified Architect who possess proven all round skills from design development right through to delivery. The client is searching for an individual who really has the whole package!

They require this individual to take on a hugely important role within the development of these projects but also in the expansion of their London studio! Your main responsibility will be to lead a growing project team while also undertaking a client facing role so you will definitely be tested!

Revit literacy, or at the very least, a basic understanding of Revit is key as the office is totally BIM based.

Previous experience and knowledge of modular construction would be a major advantage!
