One of London’s leading architectural practices is urgently seeking a Revit literate Architectural Technologist to join one of their dedicated project teams working on the major refurbishment of a prominent historic commercial building in central London.

This 80 or so strong established London based international practice with numerous awards under its belt has gained a reputation for integrating contemporary architecture within an historic environment and therefore continue to deliver exceptional buildings for all their clients. Sectors wise they work within commercial, residential, cultural, civic and mixed use. They have recently moved into fantastic new offices (I know as I was recently invited to see them!) and positively promote social activities and collaboration across the business. The Partners are extremely approachable and visible within the Studio at all times.

The project you will initially be assigned to is a multi- million pound refurbishment of a prominent historic commercial building in the heart of London’s West End where you will be fully integrated into the project team which is currently based on site. This is a fully BIM/Revit designed project so you will be heavily involved in the production of high quality Revit drawings interacting with the whole design team. You will be based full time on site with project team being overseen by an Associate who is leading the team.

To be considered for this unique role you must possess the following:-

• A Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture
• Be totally fluent in Revit
• Have worked on the delivery stages of a major project
• The ability to work well within a close knit project team
• Excellent construction detailing skills
• A positive attitude!
