White Space is a newly established recruitment consultancy specialising in the architecture & design sectors. With nearly 40 years combined recruitment experience within our chosen specialist sectors we are an extremely knowledgeable & passionate team that is well positioned within the market.

Due to increased workload, continued success, excellent relationships with clients and candidates coupled with serious growth plans it is now time to recruit the next member of White Space.

The Role:

Initially to support the team throughout the whole recruitment process where you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop your recruitment skills.  Your primary focus will be to manage the flow of candidates and support the Consultants with the management of their live vacancies.  Your own personal career plan will be fully mapped out and you will be provided with all the tools necessary to become a top tier recruiter. After successful completion of this initial training period, probably 4 - 6 months or so, you will be let loose on your own desk as a fully-fledged specialist Creative Recruiter (with full support from the Team). We have very clear and achievable promotional guidelines – so you will always be very clear on what you need to do to get your next promotion. This is a great time to join a company on the up with a brilliant client base.

You:

• Ideally some recruitment/sales exposure or you will have a design background

• Resilient (thick skinned) and tenacious
• Able to cope with highs and lows and treat both the same

As you can see we're not looking for much (ha ha!) but we are looking for someone to join us who is serious about a career in recruitment and has the drive and determination to succeed.  You will be fully supported by our experienced management team and be afforded a structured environment that will allow you to flourish.

We are based in lovely offices just across the road from St Paul's Cathedral so there's a fantastic array of bars, restaurants, shops and even the River Thames on our doorstep.
