Job description

vBIM Coordinator needed for a large scale residential project in the UK. It's not essential that you have worked as BIM Coordinator in this sector before, however you must have previous experience as a technical architect or Revit technician on residential schemes at some point in your career.

This is a medium sized British owned practice working in a variety sectors including residential, commercial, leisure and hospitality. This studio is known to have an amazing culture and hardly ever any overtime..

** Project BIM Co-ordinator role **

- Revit Experience, 10 Years minimum, producing and delivering Architectural Projects within a BIM framework

- Time spent as a lead Revit technician / architectural technologist on residential led projects

- Experience of working under ISO19650 and shared data environments such as Autodesk’s BIM360

- Support, and advise on modelling best practice, mentor and educate where needed

Software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk BIM360 and associated packages such as Enscape, Twinmotion, Microsoft Project other CAD/BIM Software, Office 365. SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
