Our client is a growing design-led architecture practice based in Southwest London that covers a variety of sectors. They are now recruiting for a new role within the business, a Creative Writer, to produce content with the company's voice for bids and social media. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in producing proposals within the architecture industry and to is confident in using LinkedIn.
The Role
• Oversee the bid/tender process for any new potential projects that come in.
• Work closely with the director and associates to produce social media content that aligns with the company.
• Maintain a library of documents and templates that can be used throughout the business.
• Ensure that all bid submissions are in line with the business's branding.
• Plan and coordinate client presentations as part of the bidding process.
• Create engaging content for social media, tailored to each platform and audience
• Write content for blog posts, web updates, newsletters, and award submissions
The Candidate
• Previous experience working in a bid role within an architecture practice.
• Confident in and happy to post LinkedIn content for the business.
• Confident in writing blog posts and producing content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• A good understanding of the industry.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
