Delivery/technically focused Associate for growing office in central Hertfordshire - £50-55,000 per annum

Having already successfully recruited two individuals, an Architectural Technologist and a qualified Architect, into this newly formed technical office in 2023 I am now actively seeking a technical/delivery focused Associate to be the key lynchpin of this team.
My client is an established and multi-award winning London based practice who are passionate about their team and clients! Their specialism is within the residential sector for both the private and public sectors and have a strong sustainability policy in place. Due to a major influx of work and a strong pipeline they took the decision to open a specialist delivery focused office in 2023 which is proving to be a huge success! They are now keen to expand this newly formed team in Hertfordshire and hire an Associate to undertake a Team Leader type role and work closely with the London Technical Director. As this is a purely technical/delivery oriented role they will consider a qualified Architect or a senior level Architectural Technologist.
Your role will include overseeing and supporting the existing team on projects throughout the post-planning stages, manage new and existing client relationships and also assist in the growth plans of this office in close unison with the London management team.
To be considered you must be:-
Qualified Architect or highly experienced Architectural Technologist
Proven track record within the residential sector
Adept working on Stages 4+
Revit literate (ideally)
Sound construction/technical knowledge
Ability to manage a busy but growing small team
Comfortable in a client facing role
Driven and highly professional
