HOT JOB - Looking to speak with exceptionally talented Senior Interior Designers with a focus on hospitality projects. You must be able to plan, design and furnish interiors of large scale, mid and luxury level projects, including hotels. You will be joining a firm who have a very good name in the market in Dubai, really looking after their staff, healthy work life balance and a strong pipeline of world class projects!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of design projects, from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into tangible designs, maintaining an open and engaging line of communication throughout the project.
- Develop comprehensive design plans utilizing tools like AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop, maintaining the highest level of precision and adherence to project requirements.
- Mentor junior design team members, nurturing their growth
- Maintain stringent project management protocols to adhere to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
- Cultivate relationship with suppliers and vendors, leveraging a deep understanding of the specific materials and finishes.
- Create story boards and initial design directions
To be considered for this role you must have;
- A minimum of 5 years of rich experience in the interior design sector, with a distinct focus on hospitality.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present concepts clearly and engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Has a keen detailed eye for developing design concepts.
- Has experience in managing and coordinating proper interior marketing visuals.
- Has a well-rounded knowledge in MEP and how it is connected to ID
