Job Description

This technical design focused architectural practice is seeking a technically/delivery focused ARB or RIBA registered Architect to join their accomplished studio. With offices in the US and London they provide full service architectural design, interior design, and architectural project management across the globe. They have received a consistent track record of awards in the architectural field for projects internationally and are looking to expand their current studio to support their ongoing work. The London studio focuses on data centre and mission critical projects of various scales and this role will mainly involve work on stages 0 – 5 of these projects.

In this position you will be working across all RIBA stages, liaising directly with the Project Lead to develop project designs and preparing relevant material to disseminate these ideas to the wider project team including the client, local consultants, and engineers. Further to this you would participate in design meetings and work with relevant consultants and statutory authorities to inform the project design and coordinate the project as required. The ideal candidate for this position would be a strong multitasker who can handle a fast-paced environment, while maintaining an emphasis on detail and quality.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years post qualification professional experience
  • Experience in RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Excellent Revit skills
  • Proficient in Revit and BIM360 Model Coordination & Document Management
  • Strong technical skills/detailing experience

One of the best things about this practice is their dedication to their staff, highlighting mentorship and training as one of the main values of the practice. They also offer many benefits to their employees which include private medical care, annual office trips, contributory pension scheme, Group Life Assurance and payment of annual architectural registration bodies fees i.e., ARB/RIBA/CIAT. Together with their commitment to their employees they are also focused on supporting the environment pledging that they will make all new buildings and renovation projects carbon neutral by 2030.

So, if this sounds like the perfect next step in your career then please do not hesitate to apply below!
